1. Who We Are

Chammu.com is a culture-first merchandise platform that hosts custom storefronts for creators, communities, and brands. Products sold on these stores are either made-to-order by Chammu or sourced and assembled through Chammu’s partner network, depending on the drop. We manage end-to-end operations — including design, setup, production, assembly, and fulfillment — on behalf of the store owner.

2. Ordering Process

• All items are made-to-order and produced once your payment is confirmed.
• Orders are non-cancellable after 1 hour of placing unless explicitly stated.
• You will receive confirmation by email once your order is placed and when it is shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days within India.
• Delays may occur due to high volume, holidays, or courier issues.
• Tracking info will be shared when your order is dispatched.

4. Returns & Replacements

• Items are made-to-order and not eligible for return due to size issues or change of mind.
• We offer free replacements for:
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong size or design shipped
• Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Merchandise Disclaimer

Designs and messages are created by independent creators. Chammu is not liable for any claims related to slogans, designs, or branding. Colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen and print variations.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is used only to process orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more.

8. Site Access & Usage

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting fraud, injecting harmful code, or harassing others. We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

Chammu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as delayed gifts or order mishaps. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Dispute Resolution

For order issues, please email support@chammu.com. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
